SET UP FESTIVAL: Friday, August 16, 2013
Artists can arrive for check in and set up ANYTIME between 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
(ALL ARTISTS MUST COME TO CHECK IN BOOTH FIRST FOR INSTRUCTIONS.)
LAST MINUTE SET UP: Saturday, August 17, 2013 from 7:00 - 9:00 a.m. ONLY.
NO TRAILERS OR LARGE VEHICLES ARE ALLOWED INTO THE PARK ON SATURDAY!
FESTIVAL: August 17 - 18, 2013
HOURS: Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.; Sunday 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
LOAD OUT & CLEAN UP: Sunday 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
WHERE DO YOU GO TO CHECK IN? (for festival)
Enter Piedmont Park from Piedmont Ave. at 14th Street. Enter the gates and proceed 100 ft. to the Check in booth. It will be clearly located on the left.
Stop, check in, pick up your packet and assignment, then follow the signs along the marked path to your booth to unload. After unloading, proceed to the Charles Allen exit to go to parking. (NOTE: NO VENDOR PARKING on 10th Street. NO PARKING/ENTRY on Park Drive.)

Saturday, August 17 from 12:00 noon - 2:00 p.m.
Please have your booth sign clearly posted. Awards will be distributed at 2:30 p.m., with photos for the press.
About our judge:
Lauren Bernazza, a BFA graduate of the University of Georgia is the Program Director for the Abernathy Arts Center, Fulton County Arts & Culture since 2008. Lauren is also an Executive Board member of Art Sandy Springs.
